Additional more than 5 trillion$ can be saved due to the actions taken in the second ten-year plan as mentioned in the previous webpages. Apart from this ten trillion US$ due to UCTR and first ten year savings will continue. So, more than 15 trillion$ per year savings will continue in the third ten year plan i.e., a total of more than 150 trillion$ (15 trillion$ X 10 years) will be available for the entire outlay of third ten-year plan.
