To create an abundant peaceful inclusive world with the help of UCTR, I have envisioned a roadmap consisting of three-time frames. Each time frame consists of 10 years' time period as follows: -

• First ten-year plan,

• Second ten-year plan and

• Third ten-year plan.

with focus on a certain set of tasks in each of these 3 ten-year plans. 

[Important Note: - These set of tasks need not be hard and fast but can be adjusted as per the requirement and relevance of time]
