In the second ten year plan: We should use more than 100 trillion$ that can be saved over a period of 10 years in second ten-year time frame (i.e., more than 10 trillion US$ per year X 10 Years) to further augment the production of ultra-cheap green energy, fast rechargeable high energy density storage systems and setting up of adequate charging stations, construction of E-ways, manufacturing of green energy powered surface and air vehicles. Apart from this, we should engage ourselves in a few more money & time saving and unburdening tasks of human life as listed in the following webpages.
