• 1. Due to prevention of diseases related to water & air pollution, malnutrition and reduction of road/ transit accidents in first ten-year plan, we can save over an estimated 3 trillion US$ per year. 

• 2. Cost reduction due to replacement of fossil fuel by green energy in first ten-year plan, we can save an estimated 2 trillion US$ per year. 

• 3. An estimated five trillion US$ per year due to UCTR will continue in the second ten-year plan.

So, in all, we can continue to save more than 10 trillion US$ per year for the second ten-year plan. This means, we can power up the second ten-year plan with more than 100 trillion US$ (i.e., more than 10 trillion US$ per year X 10 years)!
